TIP 1 - As a podcasting creative embrace, don’t fear, AI
Have you been flirting with AI, at least in your head? It’s important to remember this distinction: AI is not going to make your content (read: not replacing you). It likely won’t even make your content better. It will make your content creation process better. This is its role in helping you create higher-quality content.
TIP 2 - Incentivize reviews for your podcast
Podcast reviews stagnated? Incentivize your listeners with a month-long contest where they leave a review to go in the running to win a prize they’ll find valuable (whether that’s a shout out, merch, a digital gift)
TIP 3 - Use an episode script to tighten up your episode
Even if you’re naturally charismatic and a great storyteller who doesn’t want to sound scripted, having an episode script will give you structure and save you precious energy toward being present in the recording (rather than trying to remember what you need to talk about!)
