Hi there!
Looking for a little afternoon procrastination but still want to feel productive? We’re at your service. Today’s 3 podcast growth tips / food (snacks?) for thought are here!
TIP 1 - Your content alone is not enough to attract listeners
Content is just one of the 3 Cs you need. The other 2? Consistency and community. Sorry to break it to ya but without them, your content (no matter how amazing) doesn’t stand a chance.
TIP 2 - Don’t forget about audience retention
In your quest for world domination by attracting new listeners, I know retention may not sound as sexy. But retained listeners are loyal listeners i.e. the ones that will tell others about you so they’re actually an avenue for discoverability too.
TIP 3 - Upgrading an audio editing tool won’t always give you better audio
Yep. Most upgrades don’t automatically improve your audio quality but make it easier for you to get better audio. So pick a tool that matches your skill (and patience hah!) levels. Extra tip: Be honest about that.
